Personal Data Protection

Effective 25 May 2018, the processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (either “Regulation” or “GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on protection of personal data and amendment of certain acts (“Personal Data Protection Act”). Because the protection of personal data is very important for NAFTA Well Services (“NAFTA Well Services” or “Company”), all personal data will be processed in compliance with requirements of this legislation, with particularly special emphasis placed on security and protection of it.

  • Fulfilling information obligations

Information that is related to the processing of personal data pertaining to a data subject will be provided by the Company in compliance with the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act (i.e. either when it is acquired from the data subject or, if they are acquired from another source, within a reasonable period of having acquired them).

  1. Resume Screening

    Our first contact with you is in the form of your cover letter and your CV. If you meet our key requirements, we will call you and invite you to a personal meeting to exchange information of interest.

  2. Meetings with Applicants

    At the initial meeting, you will have a conversation with the Human Resources representative and, if possible, with your potential supervisor. Depending on the position being filled, there might be testing involved (professional, language skills, solving model situations).

  3. Selection Outcome

    We inform all applicants about the outcome of the selection process either in writing or by phone. Due to our various work commitments, the selection may take longer than we would like. However, we will definitely respond to everyone who has expressed interest in working with us.
