NAFTA Well Services provides workover operations focused on repairs, reconstructions, and interventions on existing wells throughout their life cycle. The objective of workover operations is to restore or optimize well operation or to prepare wells for further technological modifications.
The scope of workover operations includes in particular:
preparatory works (site preparation, preparation of working areas and access roads)
repairs of gas storage wells, gas and oil production wells to depths of up to 4,000 m
design of repair works and technical supervision during execution
assembly and running of well completions
cleaning of well completions using steam units
paraffin removal from production tubing
reconstruction of wellheads, replacement and repair of production trees
sidetracking to new horizons after depletion of original ones
execution of cementing operations in wells (cement plugs)
running and setting of mechanical plugs
running and setting of mechanical and hydraulic packers
